Our first 2-day trial of the year saw good weather, good running with many
scored crossings, a new record for the highest 2-day score, and a special guest
from the U.S. Ned Kocher drove up from Pennsylvania to attend the trial. Being
a seasoned beagler, he was quickly put to work judging the dogs both in the
field and in the show. (and here he thought he was just coming for a visit...)
